ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
The required language for both submission and presentation is Turkish.
The author intended with presenting the abstract should uploaded into the system. The identity of the author delivering presentation and that of the individual submitting the manuscript are required to be identical. The submission abstract intended for congress can only be received through the Online Abstract Module.
Application sent in hard copy, email, fax or another form delivery are not permissible.
The presenting author obligated to register for the congress for the abstract to be published in the congress book. It is a requirement for the author to create an account within the system prior to uploading the submitted abstract. Uploading the abstract submission designated on behalf of another author is prohibited.
Two disparate modules are utilized for abstract submission and congress registration.
The processing of congress registrations and payment transactions are conducted via the designated module on the registration page, whereas abstract submissions are managed through the module situated on the Abstract Submission page.
The comprehensive review procedure for the submitted abstracts can be followed within system by entering the participant’s email address and password.
The abstract is to be composed within a 350 word limit.
The keyword count should range from at least 3 and at most 5.
The authors are solely responsible for the scientific integrity and legal adherence of the submission abstract.
The upper limit for visuals-photographs is established at 2 and the quantity of Tables is similarly restricted to 2.
The submitted abstract will be conducted evaluation by the scientific committee members, employing a blind referee method to judge the scientific rigor and appropriateness.
Following the successful completion of the referee evaluation, the outcome concerning the abstract whether accept or rejected, will be notified and if appropriate, authors will be contacted for editorial adjustments. Abstract receiving acceptance are scheduled for presentation at the congress.
It is required that the authors given names and surnames should be recorded in alignment with conducted study.
The institutional workplaces of the authors are to be clearly stated.
FEEDBACK
The assessment of submitted abstracts will be occurred within online system, the appraisal findings will be transmitted via email to the address provided for the corresponding author within the system.
Participation whose submitting papers are not approved, the corresponding registration fees will be refunded completely.
When abstracts that have been accepted neither make non-presentation nor withdrawn at the congress will not conclude any financial reimbursement and the organizing committee reserves the right to decide upon congress proceeding books.
The completion of registration payment is recommended following abstract approval and do not wait until receive of acceptance letter. The absence of the acceptance letter carries no risk, in this context considering the monetary transfer will full refund. Where payment is not completed before acceptance is granted and the preliminary registration period has passed concurrently with acceptance, the payment will be assessed at the subsequent registration fee.

GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTATION
The timeframe and specific date for oral presentation will be disclosed subsequent to the acceptance of the abstracts.
In regard to preclude communication difficulties, the requires the entry of an email address and mobile phone number during system registration.
Notification that do not incorporate contact information within the platform will not be subject to review.
Neither organizing committee nor Dalya tourism disclaim responsibility for any information that is missing and erroneous.
Unless the abstract has already been transmitted subsequently secured by the scientific committee, modification to address missing or erroneous are feasible through online system, prior to the submission deadline.
Abstract that do not comply with the designated writing conventions and outlined regulations will be removed from the review process.
